Welburne ‘Burne’
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Welburne on April 15, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on November 24, 1941.
In loving memory of a dear husband, loving partner and soul mate to Patricia McCrea (nee Hicks). Father of Shawn (Doris), Laura Bourgeois (Tyler) and Travis (Krystal). Grandfather and great grandfather to many.
Son of the late Clifford and Pearl McCrea. Survived by his brothers Gary (late Judy) McCrea and Ron McCrea (Lyla). Brother of the late James McCrea and Merlyn (late Ila) McCrea.
Son-in-law of the late Russel and Eileen Hicks. Loved by his brothers and sisters-in-law the late Steven (Yvette) Hicks, Roger (Charlotte) Hicks, Iris (Philip) Haldenby, the late Robert (late Yolande) Hicks, Mary Louise (late Allan) Aho and Linda (Gerry) Johnston. Burne will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and hunting, fishing and camping friends.

Keeping with Burne’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no services or celebration of life.
